These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the online store:

We ask that you please read the following terms carefully, since they are the contractual conditions to which you are subject as a customer of our online store. The following terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all purchases made via the Internet.

Europastry reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and layout of the website, as well as these terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that customers read them carefully each time they access the online store.

Customers and users shall always have access to these Terms and Conditions in a visible location, which is freely accessible for as many enquiries as they wish to make. In any event, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions shall be a preliminary and indispensable step in acquiring any product that is available through the online store.

It will be understood that all purchases of EUROPASTRY products, after identification and authentication, through the user, have been validly made by the Client and will be binding. Therefore, the User will be solely responsible for any purchase of products made with their username and password.

Registration in the Store does not imply any commitment to purchase or of any other type on the part of the customer. At any time, the user may cancel his account without affecting the purchases made previously.

2. Accessing the online store

In order to be able to access the online store, you must be a registered customer of Europastry. In order to proceed with the registration and creation of a virtual profile, you must fill out the form which you will find at https://pedidosonline.europastry.com. If you are not a customer, you can access the online store as a Guest User.

Our sales environment is targeted at professionals of the food and restaurant sector, rather than at individuals. However, individuals may access the online store, viewing only a portion of the catalogue, as Guest Users.

3. Order request

The products offered by Europastry are detailed in the catalogue, which may be found in the “Catalogue” section. Europastry shall adopt all necessary and reasonable measures to guarantee that all of the details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing in the online store are correct.

The minimum order must be €15; if the order does not reach €25, there will be an extra charge of €3.

Once the products you wish to purchase have been selected, they will be included in “my order.” Once the purchase process has been finalized, you may access the order summary, where you should make sure your order is correct and confirm it.

When you have confirmed the order, Europastry will send you an email immediately, or within a maximum of 24 hours, confirming receipt of your order at the email adddress that appears in your profile, in addition to informing you of the approximate delivery time.

4. Price and payment

The prices of the products shown on the website do not include VAT and other taxes that could apply, nor the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer/buyer.

Payment of the full price will be made before the order is finalized, and must include the price of the products, the corresponding taxes and the shipping costs. Shipping costs are €3 if the purchase is less than €25.

The customer must pay the amount corresponding to his/her order through the credit or debit card payment systems, or under their usual terms.

Europastry guarantees that the online store has the maximum security measures that are commercially available in the sector. Furthermore, the payment process for all transactions functions on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

The order dispatch note will be available at eCommerce.

5. Delivery of orders

When the order is placed, the Customer must choose a suitable delivery date from among those currently available at the time.

If it is a Guest User they may not choose the delivery date, and will be assigned one according to the company’s availability (normally this will be after 48 hours).

The products will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the customer. The requested order will be sent within a maximum period of 96 hours from the time the order is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer may not withdraw from the contract once the order has been expressly confirmed, since these are frozen products which can quickly spoil or expire, as provided for in Article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law in Defence of Consumers and Users, and other supplementary laws.

Conflict resolution.

For the resolution of conflicts in which EUROPASTRY may be responsible and without prejudice to the Courts, there is an online mechanism for processing claims that the client can go to:



Spanish regulations and Spanish courts are applicable.

For the resolution of conflicts and / or controversies that have not been assigned a specific forum, the parties will submit to the Courts of Barcelona.
